Botox and similar neuromodulators relax the muscles that cause expression lines: forehead lines, frown lines (the "11s") and crow's feet. Results appear over about two weeks and last roughly three to four months.
Dermal fillers, usually hyaluronic acid, restore volume and shape. They're used for lips, cheeks, under-eye hollows, jawline, chin and smile lines. Results are immediate and typically last 6 to 18 months, depending on the product and area.
Natural results come from restraint
